These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 92dodu website located at https://92dodu.cam ("Platform", "Site", "92dodu", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the higher minimum required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to you), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

92dodu is an English-language online sports betting and live casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform provides guides, odds commentary, payment method information, responsible gambling resources and related educational content. 92dodu does not operate casino games directly, does not accept wagers on its own account, and does not process financial transactions on behalf of users.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. Your continued use of 92dodu constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time in accordance with Section 15.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account or use the Platform. Where the Operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to you sets a higher minimum age, that higher age threshold applies. 92dodu operates a strict adults-only policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by minors will be suspended immediately and any associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable operator policy and regulations.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your country, province or city. Use of the Platform does not constitute legal advice, and 92dodu makes no representation that gambling activity is lawful in any specific jurisdiction including Pakistan. Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other Pakistani cities are specifically reminded to review the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation before engaging in gambling activity.

3.3 Single Account

Each user is permitted to hold one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered under false identity information, or accounts created to circumvent a previous suspension or self-exclusion are prohibited. Any such accounts will be closed without notice and associated balances may be forfeited subject to applicable operator and regulatory requirements.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

You are not eligible to register or use the Platform if you are:

• Under the minimum age threshold applicable to your jurisdiction;
• An employee, director, contractor, agent or family member of 92dodu or any affiliated Operator;
• A person who has been self-excluded from the Platform or any participating Operator;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which its use is prohibited by applicable law;
• Using software, bots or automated tools to circumvent Platform controls or gain unfair advantage.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 92dodu strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and using a unique, strong password. You must notify us immediately at the contact details in Section 16 if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Responsibility

All activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawal requests submitted — is your sole responsibility. 92dodu is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or have shared your credentials with a third party.

5.1 Permitted Activities

You may use the Platform for the following purposes:

• Accessing sports betting guides, odds commentary and educational content;
• Reviewing payment method guides relating to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers and other referenced methods;
• Reading responsible gambling resources and self-exclusion guidance;
• Managing your Account settings, deposit limits and self-exclusion preferences;
• Contacting our support team via the channels described in Section 16.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempting to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer or damage any part of the Platform;
• Submitting false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to access or manipulate Platform content;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or collusion;

• Circumventing technical measures such as geolocation restrictions, IP blocks or account-level controls.

All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the specific terms and rules of the applicable Operator. 92dodu provides informational content about betting types, odds formats and market options — it does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or currency of any odds displayed. Odds are indicative and subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the Operator's system. 92dodu is not responsible for bets that are declined, voided or revised by the Operator due to technical errors, rule violations or market restrictions. Users are encouraged to verify their bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.

6.2 Cricket, PSL and ICC Markets

For Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, bilateral series and other cricket markets, all settlement is governed by the Operator's cricket betting rules. Match abandonment, player withdrawal, venue changes and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments may affect settlement. Consult the Operator's specific cricket rules page before placing wagers on these events.

6.3 In-Play Betting

Live or in-play betting carries additional risk due to rapidly changing match conditions. 92dodu advises all users to exercise additional discipline when placing live bets and to set a separate live-betting budget from pre-match stakes.

All financial transactions — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed directly by the applicable Operator, not by 92dodu. References to payment methods on this Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other bank transfer options) are provided for informational and educational purposes only. These payment providers are not affiliated with 92dodu and do not endorse gambling activity.

7.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposit availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times and applicable fees are set entirely by the Operator and are subject to change without notice. 92dodu does not guarantee that any specific payment method will be available in an Operator's cashier at the time of deposit.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, as applicable:

• Completion of KYC verification (see Section 9);
• Fulfilment of any active bonus wagering requirements;
• Account name and payment method name must match;
• Account must be in good standing with no open fraud investigations;
• Compliance with the Operator's stated withdrawal processing schedule.

7.3 Currency

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is listed as an available currency in the Operator's cashier, all deposits and withdrawals will be processed in PKR or converted at the Operator's published exchange rate. 92dodu is not responsible for currency conversion rates or fees applied by the Operator or payment provider.

All bonus offers described on 92dodu — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback schemes, VIP tier benefits, birthday rewards and refer-a-friend credits — are subject to the specific terms and conditions published by the applicable Operator at the time of the offer. Bonus amounts, wagering multipliers, qualifying games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps vary by offer and Operator.

8.1 Illustrative Figures

PKR bonus amounts referenced in 92dodu guides (e.g., PKR 2,000 birthday reward, PKR 1,000 referral credit, PKR 25,000 welcome bonus) are illustrative examples unless specific verified Operator figures have been provided. These figures do not constitute a guarantee or commitment on the part of any Operator.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30x means the bonus amount must be bet a total of thirty times before withdrawal eligibility is met. 8.3 Bonus Abuse

• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the Easypaisa wallet, JazzCash number, bank account or card used for deposits.

9.2 Verification Delays

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by the Operator may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds or account closure. 92dodu is not liable for delays in KYC processing caused by incomplete, unclear or fraudulent documentation provided by the user.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce or republish any Platform content without prior written authorisation;
• Sell, sublicence or commercially exploit any part of the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice;
• Use 92dodu trademarks, brand names or logos without express written consent.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 92dodu does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components.

12.1 No Liability for Gambling Losses

92dodu is an informational platform and does not accept bets directly. Any financial losses incurred through gambling activity conducted via an Operator referenced on this Platform are the sole responsibility of the user. 92dodu expressly disclaims all liability for such losses.

12.2 No Liability for Third-Party Operators

Where the Platform references or links to third-party Operators, 92dodu does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality or availability of those Operators' services. Users engage with third-party Operators at their own risk.

12.3 General Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92dodu's total liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you directly to 92dodu (if any) in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

12.4 Force Majeure

92dodu is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, government action, natural disasters or third-party payment system outages.

13.1 Suspension by 92dodu

92dodu reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity is detected on your Account;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Your Account is involved in a chargeback, disputed transaction or AML investigation;
• You have provided false, misleading or unverifiable identity information;
• You are found to be accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

13.2 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at the contact details in Section 16. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure may be forfeited in accordance with applicable bonus terms.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability) and 14 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92dodu is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

14.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at the email address provided in Section 16. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to refer the dispute to the dispute resolution procedures applicable under the Platform's licence jurisdiction.

14.2 Pakistan Users

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan is governed primarily by the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. 92dodu does not provide legal advice regarding the applicability of Pakistani law to individual users' circumstances. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel where required.

92dodu reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or, where appropriate, by email to registered users.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
